The present conditions of sale detailed below exclusively determine the contractual relationships between all customer users of the website www.skybluelectronics.com, which belongs to the company Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda, Rua 5 de outubro, no.57, 2080-052 Almeirim Portugal, with taxpayer number 515076007.

Only registered users will be able to make purchases on the site and upon acceptance of the conditions described below:

  1.  The prices available on the website are exclusive to the online store, already include VAT and can be changed without prior notice.
  2.  Skybluelectronics is not responsible for any errors in the prices published on the website and for the validity of the technical descriptions of the products, as well as the photograps since this information comes from our suppliers. We update the information daily in order to ensure that all our products have the correct and updated information, thus minimizing any situations of possible errors that may occur.
  3.  The availability indicated in the articles may change due to any problems that may occur during the transport and delivery of the order or due to a momentary shortage of stock, the customer being informed of these changes through the contact details provided in their customer account.
  4. The data collected at the time of customer registration, are intended exclusively for the processing of any order and respective invoice and will never be provided to third parties.
  5.  All names, logos and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners.
  6. If the customer does not indicate the taxpayer number, name and address, an invoice will be issued with the taxpayer number 515076007 and in the name of ‘Final consumer’. If you want an invoice with your taxpayer number, all the data mentioned (TIN, name, and address) must be filled in at the time of registration. Once the invoice has been issued, we will not reissue it.
  7. Payment Methods
  8. Multibanco: Payments by Multibanco Reference can be made through Home banking or through the ATM Network. At the end of your order, the ATM reference will be generated and sent to your email and customer area on the website. To make the payment, you must select the option “Payments for Services/Purchases” and enter the entity, reference and the corresponding amount that was sent.
  9. Bank transfer: You must first place the order and select this payment method, you will be presented with the NIB for the transfer, which you must take note of to proceed with the transfer or deposit later.

Before making the transfer, you must wait for a confirmation email from us.

We will send the order as soon as payment has been received; remember that some banks may take 1 to 2 days to complete the transfer.

The limit established for this method of payment is €5,000 (per order), in case of orders with a higher value, you should contact our “Customer Service” ([email protected]) to inform you how to proceed.

 Cash on Delivery:  In this modality, the total value of the order must not exceed  € 300 (VAT included). You must pay the order directly in cash to the carrier’s courier at the time the goods are delivered. This payment method is not valid for equipment (Speakers, Headphones, Power Banks, Chargers, Data Cables among others).

We will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order, provided that all items ordered are in stock.

This payment method will have an additional fee of 2% on the total value of your purchase, the value will be calculated and presented to the customer at the time of finalizing the order or by choosing the option “calculate shipping” in the shopping cart section of our website.

Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda. Reserves the right to retain full ownership of the item until full payment is made, including possible errors by the seller or the carrier.

  1.  MbWay: Pay your order through your mobile number with mbway, free of charge. You must have the application active on your device to be able to pay this way. For more information about this payment method.
  2. Paypal: it is a fast and secure service that allows you to make payments online, if you want to know more about PayPal.

We will ship orders paid via PayPal within 24-48 hours after ordering, provided that all the items you have purchased are available in stock. This service has a 3% surcharge on the total amount of your purchase.

Shipment of orders

1- All orders are sent through CTT or DPD carriers.

2- Orders are processed on working days until 5 pm. After confirmation of payment, orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Pre-orders, unlike normal orders mentioned above, will only be processed when the product is available from the brand, for official distribution, and for the final customer.

3- The shipping costs of the orders are borne by the customer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The customer will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the chosen shipping method.

Pursuant to the provisions of Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (as amended by Decree-Law no. 62/2009, of 10 March and by Law no. August 29), Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any orders whose final price is wrong or outdated or whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda equipment as well as the contractual proposal arrives. Wrong to its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract. The customer will be notified of this fact before the payment has been made, however, if the payment has already been made, the customer will be refunded in full.

Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to cancel any orders, the payment of which has not been made within 5 working days after the date of placing the order.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed and will be sent to the address requested at the time of the order, so it is not possible to guarantee the availability of the items until the start of the respective order processing.

If the items are not in stock in our warehouse because they are items ordered by order, a signal may be requested in order to proceed with the request of the item in question from the supplier. The signal will be 30% or higher (if agreed between both parties) and only after confirming the payment of said signal will the agreed delivery time start to count in working days. In case of withdrawal by the customer, the sign will not be returned. If there is a delivery time much longer than agreed, Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda will refund and allow the cancellation of the same order.

 In the case of cash on-delivery orders, this will only be sent after validation by telephone with the customer, so the telephone number indicated at the time of registration must be correct. As a means of payment, checks will not be accepted, only cash (cash). The customer can also make the payment by check (by registered letter to our address) and after receipt, we will send the ordered product.

Any offers associated with an ordered product will always be subject to stock confirmation and may be canceled without prior notice.

Orders for Europe and the Rest of the world must be placed via email at [email protected]. The transport cost always depends on the weight and the country to which it will be sent, it will be calculated based on the CTT shipping price list. In shipments to countries outside the European Union and depending on the laws of each country, Customs may require payment of taxes to which Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda is unrelated; these will be borne by the customer.

Orders dispatched by Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda and which for any reason (absence, wrong address, etc) have not been delivered to the customer, the customer must file a claim within 30 days after dispatch, otherwise the order will be considered lost and the customer will not be entitled to any credit relating to the order. In situations of repaired/broken products that the customer does not collect within 3 months of being notified, Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda is not responsible for any loss or misplacement of the same.

Any change to the order information, after its submission, must be communicated by email or telephone, as long as the order has not been shipped. If the shipment has already taken place, additional costs may be incurred for the customer.

Any delay in the dispatch of the order, compared to the dispatch dates presented, does not entitle the customer to any compensation.

If there is any unavailability of any product ordered, and after having contacted the supplier about the possibility of replacing the missing product, Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda will notify the customer if the delivery period or the price of the article changes, the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer.

Alfatalent Unipessoal Lda may propose to the customer the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if any, and, in this case, the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer.
